For now, this game is just a prototype, it takes 5 minutes to finish, and you can only play the introduction. Giana’s Return aims to be a worthy UNOFFICIAL sequel of “The Great Giana Sisters”. Evil Swampy and his followers have stolen the magic ruby, which made it once possible for Giana and Maria to return from their dream. Flatwoods is a small adventure game with two endings, built in the RPG Maker MV engine. You are Lemon, a small child that feels a great need to uncover the mystery of the 'shooting star' that has just flown over your home and landed somewhere in the woods nearby. Loosely based on the story of The Flatwoods Monster.
This is my first game and has been designed to be a quaint experience (around 30 minutes) for the player, and an educational experience for myself. It also contains 2 endings, with the full ending requiring the player find all 8 pieces of metal located around the game world.
Mac OS X version requires Mac OS X 10.10 or better. (I have heard of some issues relating to the OS X version and these problems seem to the related to the way the WebM video format which is used heavily throughout the game runs on the operating system. I have done what I can to minimize these problems in v1.0.3).

Thanks for the Lets Play, its awesome seeing so many people doing videos on the game. You actually get a different ending if you get all 8 pieces of metal. ;D

Hi, oh my how I liked your game. It's really funny and silly sometimes but in a good way)) Some of the Lemon's lines were like super adorable and priceless. Also those short animated-cartoonish scenes are just awesome and so detailed. BUT please tell me that it wasn't the end because WHY would you end it so soon?!!! Also before we actually saw the aliens?! And you mentioned 2 endings but I could only got one. And strangly enough I got the same ending even when I didn't pick the hatchet and wasn't collecting «metal pieces». So was there a reason for collecting those like at all?

Once again, nice game, loved it, even made a letsplay on it. Seriously don't you ever dare stop, please continue what you're doing cause you're really great at it :)

Sounds like you missed the metal piece in the chicken coop, if you grab it you will get to meet the Alien. :)

whelp, 'warn' was an accidental typo and 'tho' was a deliberate one, best of both worlds ha ha.
